Stable Skincare is a UK-based brand offering vegan, cruelty-free skincare products crafted for equestrians. Our products are manufactured under private label by a trusted supplier and sold directly to customers through various channels, including our website and select in-person events.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us.

2. Ordering

  • All orders placed via our website constitute an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Once your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order number, items purchased, and estimated delivery time.

  • As a small business, we may occasionally experience delays due to stock levels, packaging, or event commitments. If this occurs, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund if needed.

3. Payment

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment must be made in full at checkout before your order is dispatched.

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and added to your total.

  • We use secure payment processing systems to protect your financial information. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days, though during busy periods or event weekends this may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once the products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email. We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If you provide incorrect address details or fail to accept delivery, we may charge for redelivery or cancel the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

  • You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). To do so, please contact us at info@stableskincare.co.uk quoting your order number.

  • Refunds will be verified and processed within 10–15 working days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Returned items must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, please ensure adequate postal insurance.

  • This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, such as in cases of faulty or misdescribed goods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition or outside the return window.

  • These terms may be updated at any time. Please check this page regularly. None of these terms affect your statutory rights. If any term is held to be invalid under applicable law, it will be omitted to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the rest of the terms.
